How long does it take to get the CytelUK Roku TV Stick?

Orders are processed during the working day (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm) & dispatched 1st class recorded delivery, Delivery within the UK can take up to 3 working days and longer to overseas addresses.

What if I already own a Roku Device?
Then simply decide if you want a monthly or yearly subscription, complete your order online (making sure you opt for ‘TV CUSTOMERS WHO ALREADY OWN A ROKU DEVICE’ once the account is set up, you’ll receive a call from our tech team (Mon-Fri 9-5, Sat 9.30-12.30) for a simple activation code from your screen and they’ll be automatically loaded. 
 
Do I need to sign a long term contract?
No you don’t have to sign a long term contract. Υou purchase the Cytel UK Roku TV Stick upfront, then pay a monthly subscription that has a minimum term of one calendar month as standard and payable in advance. You can cancel the subscription at any time by giving 30 days notice. Terms & Conditions are available to view online here. Please enquire about special offers and subscription discounts that are available from time to time, for example if you decide to pay your subscription yearly in advance.
 
What Payment methods are available?
The standard payment method is by automatic debit/credit card or by bank direct debit.
 
How big is the Cytel Roku TV Stick?
The Roku HD Streaming Stick+ is a flash drive-sized device and measures only 3.7 x 0.8 x 0.47 inches.
 
How does it work?
The Cytel Roku TV Stick simply plugs into one of  your TV’s HDMI ports and into a power supply (either your TV’s USB port or a wall socket) and connect it to the internet.  The Cytel Roku TV Stick is super-charged with a long-range wireless receiver for 4x the wireless range and smooth streaming anywhere in the house. Enjoy brilliant HD, 4K, and HDR picture quality, Since the Roku TV stick streams (rather than downloads) video, you’ll get instant access to a huge library of entertainment without having to download or store any video files.
 
Do I need to install a Satellite Dish?
No you don’t need a satellite dish, all you need is good quality unlimited usage broadband with at least 5 Mbps consistent download speed. The advantage with this, you don’t need any permission from the building owner to install a dish. More important, unlike satellite receivers, you can easily access TV channels and video content on the internet (WebTV) to suit your viewing requirements, in other words you can easily find and choose what you want to watch. With your Smartphone (IOS, Android and Windows, Roku app) you can even stream to the TV, your personal content, like your videos, photos and favoured Music. Over 30 Live Greek & Cypriot TV channels of entertainment, including: Mega, Sigma, SKAI, Open, PlusTV, ERTWorld, RIKSat and many more including Live sports from Greece & Cyprus.  Exclusive!  Hellenic TV, the local Greek TV channel which covers news, sports (live KOPA games) and activities of the Greek Community in the UK. Is CytelUK TV available outside the UK?
Yes it’s available worldwide, but some extra Channels in the Roku Channel Store may not be available due to your geographic location and access rights. As far as the Hellenic TV channels are concerned, these are accessible over the internet from anywhere in the world.

Is there a programme schedule?
A schedule is available to view online or in the local press Parikiaki and Eleftheria Newspapers
 
What do I need in my house to receive the CytelUK TV?
You need quality Broadband Internet, preferably from Cytel and a HDTV of course. You don’t need an aerial or satellite equipment to be installed.  Τhe Cytel UK Roku TV Stick is very easy to connect and install.  The stick you receive from CytelUK comes preloaded and setup to start watching our premium live channels and our TV on Demand WebTV channels.
 
What is included in the packaging?

Can I request a CytelUK engineer to visit my Home to connect the CYTEL ROKU TV STICK for me?
Yes this is available upon request at an extra standard charge of £50 including VAT (subject to availability of engineers and travel distances from London). 

Is there any support if I have problems with service?
The manufacturer warrants the TV box against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. HOW TO SET-UP THE CYTEL TV STICK TO YOUR TV

STEP 1. Plug your Cytel UK Roku TV Stick into your TV’s HDMI
Plug the HDMI connector on the end of your Roku TV Stick into a HDMI port on the back or side of your TV (make note of what port number you’re using as most HDTV’s have more than one HDMI port).

STEP 2. Attaching power to the Roku TV Stick 
Plug the included USB cable into the side of the Roku TV Stick and other side into your TV’s USB port.  If your TV doesn’t  have a USB port, you can instead plug the  included power cable into the side of the stick, then plug the other end into an electrical outlet.

STEP 3. Find the TV input for the Roku’s.
Turn on your TV, then press the Input, Video, or Source button on the remote (or the TV) and select the HDMI slot into which the Roku TV Stick is inserted.  This will open the Roku’s setup screen, from which point you can begin setting up your Roku TV Stick.

STEP 4.  Connect to Wi-Fi
On the network page, do the following:

  • Scan for networks by selecting Scan again to see all networks and pressing OK
  • Scroll through the available Wi-Fi networks until you find yours.
  • Select the network by highlighting it and pressing OK
  • Enter the password for the network by using the on-screen keyboard.
  • Press OK when prompted.

STEP 5. Now
Sit back and enjoy your favourite shows with stunning detail and clarity. Whether you’re streaming in HD, 4K, or HDR, you’ll enjoy picture quality that’s optimised for your TV with sharp resolution and vivid colour.
