What is line rental?
Line rental is the monthly charge you pay to the provider of your telephone line.
You can transfer your telephone line to CytelUK and enjoy all the benefits of the Cyta.talk Call Packages and CytelUK home line rental in one monthly bill.
How much will it cost to transfer?
Transferring your line rental to CytelUK from BT is free.
The monthly line rental charge is just 15.08 and it can be as low as £12.48 a month effectively if you pay annually. CytelUK also offers competitively priced line features such as Call Diversion, Choose to Refuse, Call Waiting; please see below a list of Line features available.
Will I be able to keep my number and line features?
Yes, your phone number remains the same and all your line features can be added once the line transfer is complete. You can add, remove or change the features on your line at any point.
Will I be forced to sign a contract?
The line rental service requires 30 days notice to be terminated, provided it is not part of a special offer or bundle that is bound to a contract.
What if I need a new Line?
CytelUK can arrange for a new line to be installed in your premises at very competitive rates. If a recently deactivated line is available and all the wiring is intact there will be no charge, otherwise the new line installation charge will be £102.00
